    Pennsylvania State Police announced Wednesday morning that they had captured Danelo Cavalcante, the convicted murderer who escaped from Chester County Prison August 30th. He was taken into custody without incident on day 14 of the manhunt after evading hundreds of law enforcement personnel for nearly two weeks.     In a press conference at 11:15 pm Saturday night, LASD Sheriff Robert Luna said that a 30 year old Sheriff's deputy was murdered in uniform and in his car. The murder took place on Sierra Highway in Palmdale, at approximately 6 pm PST. Luna said he believed the murder was a targeted act. He said there might be a security camera footage of the shooting.
